TRIP INFORMATION!!

TRIP PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY THE 15TH OF EACH MONTH.

Please note the October trip payment of $125 is due on either October 16 or 17, depending on the day in which your student has choir.  Checks should be made payable to OHS Choir.



Upcoming Events:

Rickman Concert
October 9th at 7 p.m., CCM, MADS, and Chorale will perform in the Seckman Invitational Concert at Rickman Auditorium. 
    Students should be at OHS by 5:15 to catch the bus.  Everyone, including students, is asked to donate $2 (or more?) to 
    benefit Feed My People.

TJ's Pizza Fundraiser
    On Monday, October 13 and Tuesday, October 14 during the student's choir class, the TJs Pizza Kickoff will take place.  
    Please look for information to come home with your student on one of these days.  Date for when the forms will need to be
    returned is either October 23rd or October 24th.  Mark your calendar for the pizza pickup from 5:30 - 6:30 on 
    November 18th.  Remember that your student will earn one event credit for every 12 items sold in this fundraiser!
Please note that all Entertainment books must be paid for prior to placing a TJ's order.If you have any questions

St. Louis Bread Company Choir Fundraising Night
    We are hosting our first OHS Choir St. Louis Bread Company Fundraising Night at the location in Dierberg's plaza, 5696
    Telegraph Road, on October 30, 2014 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.
    A printed flyer (flyer attached) or an electronic version of the flyer on a mobile phone or tablet must be presented when
    ordering. Only one flyer per order will be allowed. This must be obtained before arriving at St. Louis Bread Company.  Flyers
    cannot be distributed at the store.
    The more flyers that are redeemed the more profit the Choir will earn.  Please distribute this flyer to family and friends.
    This fundraiser is an easy way to earn profit for the Choir programs.

Fall Concert
    Our Fall Concert which will include CCT, WCC, CCM, MADS, Chorale, and 2Legit will be held on October 28 at 7:00 p.m.
    in the Mehlville Auditorium.  Rehearsals will be held on October 27 and 28 during the choir classes.  

Veteran's Day Concert
    The CCM Men will be singing at the Veteran's Day Concert at Bernard Middle School at 7:00 p.m. on November 11.

It's not too early to mark your calendars and, yes, get your table together for the CPA Trivia Night on November 14, 2014 at Royale Orleans. Admission is $20 per person.  Tables of 8 can be reserved.  We ask that payment be made at the time of the reservation. 

I have attached a copy of the donation letter for those of you that may know of someone who would be willing to make a contribution to the silent auction.  I have also attached an informational flyer and a flyer with the table reservation information.
